A still life is a work of art depicting mostly inanimate subject matter, natural or man-made.

The story behind this still life is mine. In 2023 I was diagnosed with a chronic disease: celiac disease.

However, there is something that still mesmerizes me. That hypnotic smell that wherever I am haunts me. Italy, the pasta, the colors, the pleasure of eating just for the sake of eating. Il Dolce far niente, fresh, carefree.
